ArtSciDesign, LLC is primarily a functional art, product, and technology development company. Our principal, Gary Fisher, holds a Ph.D. in Engineering with Department Distinction from UCLA. He has a wide background in engineering, art, and design.He holds several utility and design patents, some which relate directly to the fountain industry. Outside of his technical areas, Gary has exhibited his fine-art photography in galleries in California, exhibited holograms and co-produced museum exhibits in California and Arizona, and exhibited his art fountains through art gallery venues in the United States.

ArtSciDesign, LLC is currently developing technology and products for the medical, aquarium, nursery, and fountain industries. Among our current development, technology and products:

• patent pending water-based masking device to help tinnitus suffers mask brain induced tinnitus 'ringing' in the ears
• patented ergonomic armrest for carpal tunnel relief when using a mouse device and computer keyboard
• patented micro-controller-based controllers for generating tidal surge in reef aquariums
• micro-controller-based metal halide lighting controller for generating time-of-day-variation in lighting intensity

• patented bi-directional pump for an influx and outflow of liquid

Through our Fountain Kinetics Division we have developed:

• limited edition art fountains some of which are interactive and driven by micro-controllers with associated electronics
• patented fountain pump control technology for dynamically varying the speed of submersible AC synchronous-motor pumps
• patented waterwall technology for generating unique wall display effects
• proprietary water bell nozzle and proprietary technology for generating large scale water bells that dynamically change shape
• laminar flow technology for cost effectively generating light-coupled aimable laminar streams

On our Sound Fountains Site:

• We have developed several Sound Fountain specifically designed for tinnitus relief, noise masking, and relaxation. These fountains also have application as noise masking devices for psychologist and psychiatrist waiting rooms to preserve doctor-patent privacy.

On our Plantechnics Site:

• We are offering several hydroponic kits for growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Two of these kits are directed to the school market
